As an experienced WordPress developer, proficient in both Elementor page building and coding from scratch, it was exciting to take on a very unique website—the official site of Nanochemazone, a world-leading material distributor. Created this WordPress website with UI/UX design, speed optimization, and SEO performance in mind, to be sure for best online visibility and user experience.
One of the most peculiar and challenging features of this project was the custom periodic table; users can browse the chemical elements via a playful filtering system that we developed. Element by element name, atomic number, and price range are something not often seen on standard eCommerce sites. I also developed sophisticated product filters to enable customers to explore hundreds of nano-products, ranging from nanoparticles and quantum dots to oxides and many more, delivering a smoother, faster browsing and shopping experience.
The site was created with flexible and responsive design in mind using Elementor as well as custom JavaScript, CSS, and PHP coding to create lots of awesome functionality. I learned to tweak pages & do both on- & off-page SEO, added meta tag optimization, and made speed improvements to try and get fast loading times and high Google PageSpeed Insights scores. This produced a fully responsive, SEO-optimized e-commerce system adapted to the scientific and industrial sector.
